Community Clean-up is happening this Saturday, April 16!  Below are some community clean-up events that are already organized in Ward 31.  If you’re interested in being involved with Community Clean-up but aren’t really sure where to turn, you are welcome to show up to volunteer at any of the events listed.

Topham Park 9 – 10 am
with Topham Park Baseball
(meet at Topham Park Clubhouse)

Earl Beatty School 10 am – Noon
with Earl Beatty Community Centre
School & Eco-Team
(meet at the school)

Danforth Avenue 11 am – Noon
Clean eastward with Danforth Mosaic BIA
(meet at corner of Coxwell and Danforth)

Taylor Creek Park 10:30 am – 2 pm
with ACORN’s Live Green Project
(meet west of Dawes Rd. by the large parking lot)

Taylor Creek 11 am – 2 pm
with 9 Haldon Community Garden

Crescent Town 11 am – 1 pm
with Crescent Town Community Association
Environment Committee
(meet in front of Crescent Town Club)

Dentonia Park 10 am
with Friends of Dentonia Park
(meet at the Dentonia Park Clubhouse)

Stan Wadlow Skate Park 12 – 6 pm
with Team East York Skateboarders

Stan Wadlow Park
Rockery Garden 10 am – 12 pm
with East York Garden Club

Parkview Hills & Taylor Creek 10 am
with Parkview Hills Community Assoc.
(meet at St. Clair Ave. E at Sandra Rd.
or at the Alder Rd. entrance to park, or
Northdale/Northline entrance)

Eastdale Parkette & 444 Lumsden
10:30 am – Noon with BELS
(Meet at 444 Lumsden in the park)
